Rack FR70 is specially designed for termination and administration of many fibers. This lightweight rack is produced in aluminium and has 19” profiles that allows flexible height adjustment when installing an ODF. A vertical cord guide for routing and storing of excess patch cords is integrated in the frame. The rack is standard delivered as 1 to 6 sections and is mounted directly to the wall (a self supported solution is also offered).
The rack may be used as a pure fibre rack or as a combined fibre- and electronics rack. This system is common within the fiber to the home market (FTTH). Because of the aluminium the rack is reasonable lightweight, from 13 kg (1-section 2200 mm frame). It is delivered flat packed and splited in several packages, so that one man can easily carry and mount the rack alone.

• Standard sizes: 1- to 6-section racks.
• Available as wall mounted frame and self supported rack.

Accessories to FR70 rack
Cable guide and mandrel (bend limiter), just to click-in and mount to the post besides the ODF’s to avoid sharp bends. Compliance to G.652-fibre bend radius. They can be secured by the use of screw and spring nut.
Bend limiter, vertical guide, for mounting on the top. Mounted using spring nut and screw at the top of the vertical cord guide. Use one on each cord guide when routing of cords up above the rack (to cable ladder etc.), compliance to G.652-fibre bend radius.
Routing guide double sided, just click-in for mount onto the vertical cord guide's centre track. The routing guide keeps cords in place and it is adjustable in depth, so it can be customized for the number of cords.
Cable distributor, incl. 6 cabinet sleeves for corrugated tubes. When a loose tube cable is taken directly to the ODF, the outer jacket is normally removed in the bottom of the frame/rack and only the fibre tubes are lead to the ODF. Often corrugated tubes are used to guide several tubes. This cable distributor eases this task and secures the installation from breach. This distributor has a cable clamp to secure the cable and can be mounted to the wall or to the rack.
Fiber Channel System for mounting on top of the rack.
