Pipe cutter for steel pipes up to Ø5.7 mm. The cutter is supplied in a plastic case and includes a spare cutting disc. This cutter creates an indentation on each side of the cut, this means that the fibers run clear of the grades to a certain extent, while there is less risk by pulling the cut pipe off the fibers.

The cutter is used to cut pipes with fiber inside, often used on OPGW and submarine cables. When cutting steel pipes, there will always be burrs at the end of the pipe, this is very unfortunate as the primary coating on the fibers is easily damaged here.
