LC Field (LC FTV)
Upgrade any standard LC patch cord to an environmental LC with IP68 sealing, shock/vibration resistance, and a Tri-Start thread coupling derived from MIL-DTL-38999 Series III. No field cabling required.
Amphenol LC Field (LC FTV) converts a regular LC duplex into a rugged connector by housing it in a metal plug that mates to a panel receptacle using a Tri-Start thread. The system is sealed against dust and fluids (IP68) and is built to withstand shock and vibration.
- Use cases: railways, base stations, military communications.
- Channels: LC duplex (2 fibers). Typical IL ≤ 0.5 dB (MM & SM).
- Operating temp: −40 °C to +85 °C (−40 °F to 185 °F).

- LC Field plug + pre-terminated LC duplex (labeled, tested).
